Chwele Bread Basket

Fair Trade woven bread basket is handmade in Rwanda in East Africa. The women who weave these creations use sisal plants, extract the fibers, then hand-dye and weave them into these beautiful works of art. Use this basket to serve bread, fill with fruit or use as a table centerpiece. 

This basket features a string attached at the top so that you can hang it on the wall. In addition to making a beautiful table display, you can combine them with other baskets or works of art to make a wall collage. Each is 100%  handmade, so slight variance will occur.
